Okay, I’ve bought my ticket to the livestream event on Sept. 12. What’s next?
Keep an eye on your inbox! You’ll receive an email on Sept. 10, two days before the event. The email will have instructions on how to register for the online event. After you have registered, you will receive an email with the link to the event, which is hosted on a platform called Hopin.
Do I need to print out my ticket?
No, the event is online so no physical tickets are needed.
Is this an in-person event?
No, this event is online only.
Is this event live?
Yes, the event will be broadcast live from the Squamish and Lil’wat Cultural Centre in Whistler on Sept. 12, with a live host. However, there is no in-person audience.
What time is the event running?
The live event will be broadcast online from noon to 5pm PT on Sept. 12.
Can I still buy tickets?
Tickets are available until Sept. 9 at 11:59pm PT. After that ticket sales are closed.
If I miss the live event, can I watch a recording later?
We will not have a recording of the live event, sorry. But we will be submitting all of the speaker talks to TED, so they will all appear on YouTube in the future.
